I like burning bridges behind me so that I'm screwed if it fails. There is something about lighting a fire underneath you and burning bridges such that you can't turn back. Operating is just one of the hardest things on earth. It is stressful. You're dealing with real humans, not just like throwing capital in and hoping it grows. But yeah, when your ass is on the line and it's your money, it's but to me in 10 years, we'll see how it goes.
