Julie: If you truly lose the complete motivation to keep doing those things that you knew would create enough triage that you just don't have it, then that's absolutely burnout. Tanya: When you're chronically exhausted, it's like you leave that stress cycle open for too long,. And I'd like to also think of another technology metaphor - closing the tabs is really important.
