Is There a Covenant Between Baptism and Circumcision?

In covenants, we have God relating to man. He's established terms. The relationship is defined. Obedience will produce this, disobedience that in these covenants and there are signs associated with these covenants. So really, when you think about circumcision and when you think of baptism, they do share this in common. They're both signs to their respective covenants.
