Health Care Technology - Is There a Better Way?

I think we tend to get sort of a proximity bias or blinders people that are in health care technology. I've seen it go the other way too, where a clinician who you know, very much on the front line has experienced a work flow in technology on thoghtjes and there's got to be a better way. So i guess from an organization's perspective, th take the view of, well, can do this in a scalable way?
