How to Build Community and Experience for Your Brand
A big piece of retention is building like community and experience. I don't think that every brand needs to have like a VSPUD group or you know like a SLAC community for their customers. There are brands who community happens naturally in that way but also just a sense of I belong here and this brand understands me so they might not like the miracle bomb but they feel like they connect to the mission behind the brand. And even if that person never buys from you anymore because they are going to send people to you that's like the dark channels that you can't really measure.
