How Do You Get Your Daily Diet Right?

I try to drink at least three liters of water early in the day, like as early as possible. I don't usually eat any food until like maybe 11 or 12. Then it's basically some protein and vegetables, you know? So we, I cook a lot. Me and my family, we cook steaks. We cook pork shoulder. We grill stuff. It's always some combination of meat, vegetables, maybe another piece. I got really into white rice. Also really into it, which I did not see,. I'm married to Vietnamese lady. Yeah. Oh boy. I can't believe that I went like years without eating rice. "It's great energy food"
