The Domains of Application for Persuasion Skills
persuasion enthusiasts are vulnerable to a kind of miopia, a kind of near sightedness. They may identify quite strongly with their particular school of persuasion psychology. The third domain of application on my list is seduction skills, where the goal is to attract a romantic or sexual partner. Within this field, there's a more narrow subdomain called the pick up artist's skill set that is almost exclusively male oriented. Another closely knit persuasion community is associated with magic and mind reading skills. These are the methods used by stage mag ans and mentalists to manipulate the attention and the mental states of audiences.
