How Do We View Stress?
When i'm working with athletes, the first thing i go to is, do you know what it feels like to feel safe in your body? Do you know what an appropriate level of stress is for you? And can you get back to a safe place using body regulation techniques? Right? So things like breathing, orientation to your space, that's a huge resilience tool. Then then we can layer on to that our perspective on stress, and really are the way that we attach our identity to the outcomes we produce. We feel supported by our communities hand, we feel able to interact with them. There's all these layers, and it often it comes but it all kind of is connected by
