Org Politics - Are We Trying to Be Transparent?
i think a lot of org politics when you, either intentionally or self deceptively, are strongly putting ahead your own interests over the interests of the organization on the project which you're doing. One of the things that's particularly important to do is to say, well, are we trying to be transparent? Are we trying to help each other improve? And those are all ways to try to stay against politics. But frequently, of course, is tha very natural thing for people who are socially ept and capable is always lean a little bit into politics.
