The only way the fetter reserve is going to make a real dent in inflation, apart fromm iinterust rates positive, is getting real interest rates above the inflation rate. The current forecast for the deficits is like one point seven, one point eight trillion. That's what the government is forecasting. But those forecasts are not even close to reality, because they forecast a growing nomy. They don't forecast an economy in recession, which we've got.
