Are JavaScript Frameworks Going to Use Turbo More Than React?

I'm wondering if the startups that are created today, are they going to use turbo much more than react. This is a question that I'm like I'm eager to have the answer about that one. It's interesting too because on JavaScript jabber, we talked to Mischko Heveri, who's the guy that created Angular. But he's created a new framework called quick and it's got some interesting features as far as like, you know, the way that it fetches modules and things like that.
