The problem is not the inhale. It's the exhale. Or just you've just been inhaling too much loads or holding your breath even. And so what the body is doing is being really clever and it's going, Hey, you're having too much oxygen. You've got more than enough oxygen in there. Your body will bring you back to a state of homey stages. That was a big one too. I'd walk around all day long doing a huge size like I was just had all the worries in the world - which I did.
