There are so many funny doctor evil mike myers pieces to this. I think harvey would have brought some stuff to the table too, but i wnser that really tuched them off. The insinuation is that lord michaelseveat makes this impersonation, and makes it for the most able guy in the universe. There was some other weird stuff with him where so austin powers hits, and he gets his forty million dollar deal to start in two universal films.
