And this is actually from a 2013 report, which is co-authored by leaders in many specialties across Canada. It's a warning that this is unsustainable. We can't without further investment deal with this rise. I'm not being critical of our system in terms of the level of care we provide. But I think we are being somewhat critical or at least pointing out areas for improvement"
