Introduction

The first thing to do is spend time agonizing what is it that you truly want. And I know so many people in life have no idea what they truly want from it. Different parts of your life need different missions. Like for example this year I'm going to be turning 40. And my goal for 40 is to be able to do what is known as a muscle up. It's a calisthenic move where you are in a pull up position and then you get on top of the bar. So this is what I want to achieve for the first time when I'm 40. And that's a goal that I've set and something that I'm training towards.
