The Importance of Dialogue in Philosophy
Heidegger was an authority figure and he fed people's desire to submit themselves to authority so I think actually his way of teaching was anti philosophical. One of the best things to teach is Plato's dialogues because they don't let you stand still. People should learn to argue with each other about the relative merits of those theories and they should do it in a democratic way.
