I'm very happy learning from mistakes, because error correction is the only way you get better in life. I love constructive oh, i didn't think about that idea. You can be a real dick, and yet say some things that are very, very constructive when you 're building. Good people lead to more good people. Bad people lead tomore bad people. That's why i'm so focused on how you build your net - which is an all-encompassing sense of what it means to be smart. And we can still do so much better.
