There's no room for do your own thing in pep system. Most top coaches are very, very system orintedt and i actually don't mind that. I think people might probably be shocked if they saw some of the em you know, what it takes to get to drill a team like that. The approach of yo enemis wor i was talking about things like, you know, reading each other's eyes, talk with the ball.
