NFTs and Intellectual Property in the United States
There isn't any regulation about NFTs at the moment. We are starting to see intellectual properties being litigated abroad particularly in the United States. One of the issues is who has the right to mint an NFT minting and what happens if those NFTs contain reference to well-known brands that give rights to breach of copyright.
