If you're building a high performing team, you should have at least one of these in your direct reports line up. Nothing keeps you honest more than timely, accurate and honest feedback from below. I've rarely seen a business coaching relationship cally improve on the job performance. Coaches can be really effective in helping you to gain insight and to work through strategies for changing the things that you'd like to improve.
