Since 2015, the Liberal government has paid more than $116 million to private company McKinsey. That's more than 30 times what the Conservative government paid them over the previous 10 years. Bill Curry is the Globe's Deputy Ottawa Bureau Chief and he's been following this story for years. Will the Prime Minister finally answer the question? How much did he give McKinsey?
