How to Deal With Self-Injury
Many kids who self-injure are going through adolescent struggle of self-identity. The most typical cuts are very linear, straight line and often parallel like a railroad tie carved to a forearm or upper arm. Some people cut words into themselves that's called carving; if they're having body image issues, they may cut the word fat. Kids who are unable to manage day to day stresses alive are very vulnerable to self-harm.
