How to Get Your Glucose Down to 70 When Fasting

My dinner would be generally a third some type of protein, quite often chicken because it was most immeable to like. So it would be about one third protein, one third leafy, dark green leafy vegetable. And then one third, just some random assortment of a rotation of higher calorie vegetables. Could be anything from, depending on the season, might be potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, squash, onions, various things like that. And decided raw milk and finished off with a cup of hot bone broth. It's somewhat higher after lunch than breakfast, although that's kind of reflective of the general tendency for my glucose to increase in the afternoon, regardless of having eaten.
