How to Mobilize for CDR in a Small State
I'm always struck that a country as fast as the US has the ability to mobilize grassroots advocacy like that because the states are still relatively small. And I think it's easier to turn kind of a good state on CDR into a great state, then to turn some state that doesn't have any climate policy into,. you know, a good CDR state. But they are some exceptions and I do think especially dark their capture has provided an opportunity for countries that were really focused on oil and gas and didn't want to have anything to do with climate to potentially embrace more CDR. My honest recommendation is maybe I'm a bit tactical when it comes to these things.
