The totem cop is the third SS Panzer division, commanded by Theodore Eicha. The most of the people in the totem cop are drawn from the camps and street fighters. Their training is really not very good, because how German divisions work is that they you train from your division. They're getting all the best kit because they're a Waffen SS.
