Is There a Pitfall When You're Moving to Remote?

I'm also seeing across some organizations, the normal tendency when you're working in a team that's distributed across distance is to save up all the harder work until everybody's together in person. In this specific situation where we're pretty much all remote, what I was hearing pop up is let's delay working on some of these things until this is over. So really thinking about how we take each of these types of work that we would do offline and transition them into online work will be very important.
