How to Increase Calories and Lose Weight

You may be, say, looking in the mirror and slightly, you're like, hmm, it kind of feel a little bit bloated. And so what I think you could probably do is bonpop your calorie intake by 500 calories per day. Hold there for a couple of weeks. Bumper up to 2,250. Your weight will come up. It's then going to remain stagnant. Wear yourself every day. You'll notice that it remains stagnant as well.
