How to Build a Habit of Fitness
It's hard to motivate yourself and you need a few weeks or a few months to build the habit. So then it's kind of autumn, it becomes more automatic, more effortless. You just automatically exercise. It's who you are, right? For me walking is this way. Some other exercises, I don't, I do sometimes,. If it's more intensive, but always like my whole life walking is just automatic.I just walk, walk, walk an hour a day, two hours a day, whatever. But yeah, it's a good idea to have this kind of maybe a strong focus for a few months, build the habit, then it becomes easier.
