The Impact of Tipping on Tourism in the United States

In the United States, there's no visible sales tax in most countries. And secondly, there's mostly no tipping in most other countries. Do you think that this might dissuade people from tourism in the United States? I think so. If they knew beforehand, it will be very shocking if they discover it once they land in the US and they have like waitresses chasing after them on the street and also drivers cursing at them. They're not leaving a tip. That's just too much math to do. Too many extra questions to answer.
