When we develop a set of practices that are repeated behaviours, we start to build the capability to become more calm and resilient. So it's sort of more granular and focused around actual steps that lead to progress. When i talk about practices, what i'm talking about here are cultivating the practices of mind that allow you to o step into a place of more regular equanimity even when things get hard.
