How to Have Constructive and Productive Conversations

We don't do a good enough job of figuring out what are the group memberships that form our identity or that we would aspire to like to be part of. So when I think about being a professor, what makes a good group member? What makes me a good pickleball league member in my community? How do you manage that relationship? And for me, that conversation should be had by every single organization and every single place where there are multiple people. Only then can we realize we're going to deviate from the world because look at the characters that were around.
