Are Trigger Warnings a Sign of Mental Illness?
There's no evidence that trigger warnings are health. Gen Z is extremely fragile and now the oldest of them are 26. If you go through puberty on social media platforms and you don't develop normal social skills, your brain wires up differently than the normal evolutionary plan for human beings. And it's possible that the damage will be permanent. We've had a 15 to 150% increase in depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicide among young girls.
