The Mistakes Clients Make When Designing a Project
The clients can lose their enthusiasm, but that's not necessarily a mistake. We had a client who had this whole uber modern house designed and it took them a while to get it through planning. And lo and behold, they ended up having a child in the meantime. The owners don't tend to pay as much attention as I would to the recommendation of their architects versus what they're seeing at their friends' houses.
