How Do You Feel About Your Company?

I believe it's tied into an inevitable feel, a fear of failure that i haveam and i was digging into the source of this. So, my dad wanted to be an ontneer. He to stab at one business. It failed. He got a job. Has that job. And how do you feel about how that company's been growing at this point? I'm superhappy with its trajectory. And i'm facing a whole host of new challenges now. But what i would really like to do, ecause i've done this all by myself, is significantly bring in employees and partners.
