How to Use Left Padding in Your Source Code

The algorithm for doing left padding, it's not a real complicated piece of code. It's not like you couldn't just incorporate that in your own thing. I found myself doing more and more over the years is if there's something that's I could do myself, I'll probably just do it myself. If I'm worried about edge cases and stuff like that, then maybe I'll use somebody else's code.
