Getting People to Move From One Circle to the Next Circle
The model is based on a portrait orientation. Draw five boxes going down the page to create four horizontal lines in between them. Then draw an arrow across the top of the model that i call the conversation. And d then finally, there's an arrow that s from left to right and back again. You've got six circles going across, five arrows in between them, which is where you do your work. The further someone moves along this process, the more they are worth to your business.
