i would say probably get off the video games and the social media, because that like, really kills people's time. My one piece of advice is, enjoy every moment of being a parent. Cherish the time. Encourage ther interests. See the world through some one else's eyes. Expose them to the world. Talk to your children really listen. Turn off your devices and your work for a little while each day and just be with your children.
