Modernity Accepts the Wisdom of Other Cultures

Modernity does incorporate the so called wisdom of other traditions when they're shown to work and even when they don't. That's the wonderful thing about this thing that we call Western civilization. It really does welcome all comers. No other culture opens its arms to the degree that the modern Enlightenment societies do. People are free to practice sense and nonsense from inside and outside Western culture in Western culture.
