Justice Kavanaugh Joins the Courts to Fix Your Problems
Justice Jackson joined from sort of the ends justify the means, but there's some lines in there that I was never the less surprised that she joined on to. Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh also in their own very different jurisprudential ways have been, I mean, carrying that flag up the hill. This is the job of Congress. It's not the job of the courts to fix your problems.
