Is There a Difference Between Investing and Trading?

Working in the finance industry and banking industry definitely gave me great insight into, you know, the industry itself. The military helped me tremendously just in terms of discipline and patience. Waking up early does give you an edge over everybody else that's still asleep, you know. But I don't think that you should be trading from 4am to 8pm.
