"I was really caught up in, oh my God, how am I going to keep quality in these accounts and things like that? But just making sure like how I'm organizing and prioritizing, that's making a scalable process. Otherwise you're going to get confused and it turns into a lot," she says. "Just knowing speed to lead is a real thing... If someone responds to you, I'd get on that ASAP because you want to be top of mind."
