President nelson used this verse in a footnote in his last talk when he was talking to us about momentum. He said, do not fear or delay repenting. Satan delights in your misery. Cast his influence out of your life. Start to day to experience the joy of putting off the natural man,. The saviour loves us always, but especially when we repent. And and i fear that we have such misunderstandings about the doctrine and gift of repentance - it's not punishment, but liberation.
