Black Food, Stories, Art and Recipes From the African Diaspera by Bryan Terry
Bryan terry is editor and curator of a new book, black food, stories, art and recipes from across the african diaspera. The title suggests that it's a full censory experience, not just a bunch of recipes. Bryan was invited to cocreate this programme by Linda Harrison who wanted to move the museum beyond just being a fine art museum. He says: "The fact that we have people flying from the east coast for a two hour programme"
