Don't Give Up on Mountain Biking
Don't give up if you do break that pattern. I'm not expecting you to train every day, by the way. But maybe you'll take a week off. Maybe you'll take two weeks off and you're thinking, oh, I was doing so well. It really felt like we had momentum. And that's not a reason to give up. My husband's of the view that if you haven't got time to do it properly, don't do it at all. Don't do a mountain bike ride that's only 30 minutes. My view is, well, 30 minutes is better than zero. Because it's always better to do something than to do nothing."
