How to Find the Right Team for You

The main reason I took this particular CPO opportunity as opposed to other ones was because of both the CEO and the, and my peers that I was interviewing with. You are kind of coming into a team, right? So you need to kind of that culture or the vibe really fits and works for you. For me, this was already just a very direct, very fun. There's a lot of humor going on, which is very central for me. And in terms of the working, it really comes back to trying to be as transparent and straightforward as possible at this level of look.
