The Politics of Individualism and Collectivism
Most people think of Ayn Rand as a conservative. And they put her in the right wing side, right? If you have to choose in between Republicans and Democrats, Rand is always falling on this side because of the huge ignorance that there is about her work. She wrote conservatism and obituary. It's really unhelpful, ultimately, to think of the world right now in terms of left and right. So I think the true political spectrum is individualism and collectivism. That's the spectrum that matters. And we are the individualists.
