Sally Kohn: Silicon Valley Bank's failure was a classic run on the bank. She says when interest rates go down, financial assets go up in value. Then when you raise rates, she says, these assets are worth less. Kohn: If people had kept their heads and left their deposits in there, I think they could have avoided failure.
