Meditation is a way to practice generosity and to connect with something bigger. How does it do that? I think it starts with being able first of all to sit and center in many, many ways. We cultivate an ability to be with what may be some very painful feelings. Tremendous are a grief or anger or fear or whatever. It's challenging but it's not bad.
