i do some hard days, but a lot of medium and easy days. Sometimes i strength trainedoe times i do a hard pelaton. Sometimes i go for a walk. Sometimes i dance. And then, um, all warm up and see how i feel. If ifee, great, i'll rock out. And if i feel bad, i might call it early. I might dil back to wit, you know, like em. It's really cool if people learn to pay attention to their body and be flexible based on, like, how they feel on a given day.
