Bhagawan Buddha admitted he cannot do much about the first arrow. The first arrow is our karma which gives rise to results, cause and effect. How we react to it will determine whether we are really suffering or not. As we practice little by little it does help. Of course there's a breakthrough. You call it Bodhi or Brahmakjana or enlightenment... After that breakthrough it's much, much easier. It becomes very natural.
